• Generate AI-powered task lists for goals
• Collaborate with partners on shared goals
• Track task completion and goal progress
• Make charitable donations upon goal completion
• Access payment processing services through Stripe

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age to use the App

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users

5. Goal and Task Management

You understand and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the goals and tasks you create
• AI-generated tasks are suggestions and may require review and adjustment
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Partner collaboration features require sharing goal information with invited partners
• You grant us permission to store and process your goal and task data

6. Payments and Donations

When making payments or donations through the App:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You agree to provide accurate payment information
• Donations are processed to your designated charitable organization
• Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for the use of donations by charitable organizations
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on donations

7. Partner Collaboration

When using partner collaboration features:

• You are responsible for inviting appropriate partners
• Partners will have access to goal and task information you share
• You should only share goals with trusted individuals
• We are not responsible for partner actions or misuse of shared information
• You can remove partners from goals at any time

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bank on It and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage
• Stripe for payment processing
• OpenAI for AI task generation
• Google Mobile Ads for advertising

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The App will meet your requirements
• Defects will be corrected

You use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bank on It, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms
• Discontinue or modify the App at any time
• Remove or modify any content without notice

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
